October 2010 – Automatic email alerts

Instead of you actively searching for certain events and conditions in the system for an action to occur, system will automatically send you an email as a reminder for you to narrow down what need to be done. For example, if a shipment from factory is late and the arrival date will past the cancel date on the order, you will get an email for actions to be taken. You may change the recipient addresses, enable or disable certain events, set it to alert only once a day, and add subject and message.

October 2010 – Travel back in time with detailed delta log

"Oops, why is the delivery date different from what I expected?" you ask. Often a particular field will get modified numerous times and the transient data are lost without a trail. We have added a detailed log to track all changes to help investigation and demystify data changes. Log will contain what the data look like before and after the change at the time and also who made the change. With this feature, you can traverse back in time to find out what a record looks like in the past and see the evolution.

October 2010 – Email Invoices

Save trees and our environment. Choose paperless invoices. Setup a customer to receive invoices by email. Our program will automatically package the invoices as an email attachment in PDF format, and fills the recipient addresses, to be sent to customers.

October 2010 – Quantum Multimedia Voice over IP is now compatible with Skype™ and Google Voice™

A virtual machine manager running on a physical server hosts several virtual machines, each running its own operating system and applications as though it had exclusive access to the physical server. The virtual machines are shielded from each other. If a VM crashes or is compromised, the other VMs are not affected.
